Yes! Harmelix gives you full control over your business address. If you operate from home or prefer not to display your location publicly, you can choose to keep your exact address hidden. Your address will only be shared with confirmed customers according to your selected Address Visibility Settings, helping protect your privacy while ensuring customers receive the information they need before their appointment.
Your business will still appear in the Harmelix marketplace based on your city, neighborhood, ZIP/postal code, service area, and approximate location. Customers can discover your business, browse your services, view your profile, ratings, pricing, and availability without seeing your exact address. If you've chosen to hide your address, your precise location will only be shared with confirmed customers according to your selected Address Visibility Settings. This allows you to enjoy the full marketing and discovery benefits of the Harmelix marketplace while protecting your privacy.
Payments can be made securely through Harmelix or in person, depending on how you choose to operate your business. Funds are transferred directly to your connected payout account.

Booking with Harmelix is easy: 1. Open the Harmelix app or website. 2. Search for the service or business you’re looking for. 3. Select your preferred service. 4. Choose either Schedule Reservation or Walk-In – Join Queue. 5. Confirm your booking and receive real-time updates until your service begins.
Yes! You can select multiple services during the booking process when offered by the business. Harmelix will include all selected services in one appointment whenever the provider supports multi-service bookings.
Every business sets its own cancellation and no-show policy. If a missed-appointment fee applies, it will be clearly displayed on the business’s profile before you book. We recommend reviewing the provider’s policies before confirming your appointment.
You can pay securely right through the app using a credit/debit card or digital wallet, or you can pay your provider directly in person when you arrive.
We don't charge customers a booking fee! However, keep in mind that individual providers might include their own specific fees depending on the service.
Yes! If your provider has tipping enabled, you’ll see an option to add a little extra during the checkout process.
Because providers manage their own payments, they also handle their own refunds. Just send them a direct message through the app to get the process started.

Yes. You delete your account right from the app’s settings menu but it's a soft delete, or if you want permanent delete, reach out to our support team for help.
Just head over to the Help & Support section in the app to open a new support ticket. Simply describe what’s going on and submit! Our admin team will receive your request instantly and get back to you as soon as possible.
Every ticket comes with a live status tracker so you're never left guessing. Open In Progress Resolved Closed
Absolutely! Once your ticket is created, you can message our admin team directly right inside that same ticket. This makes it incredibly easy to stay in touch, and you can keep adding updates or asking questions anytime until your issue is officially marked as Closed.
